HOW AND WHEN YOU’LL BE INVOICED

A SIMPLE BREAKDOWN OF WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR INVOICES, HOW THEY’RE STRUCTURED, AND HOW TO MANAGE THEM.

We raise invoices on either a monthly retainer basis or upon project milestones, depending on your agreement with us.

  • Retainers: Invoices are typically issued on the 1st of each month, covering the month ahead. You’ll receive your invoice via email.

  • Projects: Invoicing is usually split into milestones (e.g. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery), or on completion. This will be outlined in your agreement.

Each invoice includes a breakdown of services, the billing period, and VAT (if applicable). If you have questions about your invoice, our team is happy to help.
